01 / Before you start
Check your phone case.
Check the phone model and phone case version on your order or packaging before installation.
Back cover + front frame.
An aramid back cover and a front frame. The front frame is secured with pre-applied adhesive strips. Check alignment before peeling off the release liners.

02 / Install & remove
Install your phone case.
Use a clean, soft work surface. Avoid pressure on the screen, camera lenses and hinge.

Clean the surfaces.
Remove the previous phone case. Wipe the phone and the inside of the back cover with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Keep the surfaces in contact with the front frame clean and dry.

Install the back cover.
Align the camera opening, buttons and charging port. Press the back cover into place gently and evenly. Do not bend the back cover.

Install the front frame.
Full Set only: check alignment with the release liners still on the adhesive strips. Peel off the release liners, position the front frame and press gently along its edges. Keep pressure off the screen. Avoid lifting and reapplying the front frame.

Check the installation.
Check that the edges sit evenly and the buttons and ports are accessible. On a foldable phone, open and close the phone slowly. Stop if there is resistance or interference.
Remove the phone case.
Support the phone and release the back cover edges gradually with your fingers. Avoid sharp tools, twisting the back cover or pulling on the hinge cover. Keep pressure off the screen and camera lenses.
The front frame is secured with adhesive strips. Removing the front frame may reduce adhesion. Do not pull it off abruptly. If it resists, stop and contact Packmini.
03 / Cleaning & care
Clean your phone case.
Use light pressure when cleaning the aramid surface.
- Use a soft cloth.Wipe dust and fingerprints with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Do not scrub the surface.
- Use water sparingly.For remaining marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Keep liquid away from the phone, ports and hinge, then dry the phone case with a soft cloth.
- Avoid harsh cleaning.Do not soak the phone case or use abrasive pads, bleach, acetone or direct heat.
- Check before reinstalling.Remove dust or grit from the inside of the back cover. Make sure the phone and phone case are dry before reinstallation.

Common questions.
What if the phone case does not sit evenly?
Check the phone model, phone case version, alignment and any trapped dust. A screen or camera lens protector may affect the fit. If an edge still lifts or the front frame presses against a protector, stop pressing and contact Packmini with photos.
Can I remove and reinstall the front frame?
The front frame is secured with adhesive strips. Removing the front frame may reduce adhesion. Avoid repeated removal and reinstallation. If the front frame becomes loose, stop using it and contact Packmini.
Can I use magnetic accessories?
Compatibility depends on the phone and accessory. Check the attachment before use. For charging, follow the phone and charger instructions.
Should I clean the inside of the back cover?
Check for dust or grit when you remove the back cover. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure the phone and back cover are dry before reinstallation.
What if an item arrives damaged or does not match my order?
