Order Processing
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Standard international shipping generally takes 3–15 business days depending on the destination.
We do not guarantee exact arrival dates for international packages due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs clearance delays
- Courier delays
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
For our major markets—including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and New Zealand—we cover all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery in these regions. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
For customers outside these regions, such as South America, the Middle East, and select Asian countries, local customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are mandatory government fees and are not collected by Packmini.
Customers are responsible for any shipment charges resulting from shipment abandonment, rejection, or undeliverable returns caused by refusal to pay local customs fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
We will provide a free return or refund for eligible cases.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Packmini will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases, including buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Packmini does not reimburse return shipping costs paid by the customer under any circumstance.
If you are returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by emailing us.
Once your order has entered processing or has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email dripdrip@packmini.com immediately with your order details.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to help update the address before dispatch.
Once the order has shipped, we are unable to amend the shipping address.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their shipping details before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
